Jim Goodmon, president of Capitol Broadcasting Co., heads up the company’s plans to renovate the American Tobacco Campus located along the 400 block of Blackwell Street next to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham. Capitol Broadcasting Co. owns the Durham Bulls Baseball Club and WRAL-TV.
